Refinish or Refurbish?

When you "refinish", the first step is to sand the whole floor, then apply colored stain, and finally, add a polyurethane seal coating. While, "refurbishing" is the re-waxing of the hardwood to restore the protective coating (not changing the color). We do this by buffing the floor and depending on the condition of the hardwood, we apply the necessary polyurethane seal coat.
